Hi, I might be being dim here (it's been a long day so you'll have to forgive me if so) , but having downloaded this i see that to get the percentage of under 2.5 goals has =1-(0.2*E7) and over 2.5 goals has =0.2*E7. What exactly does the '0.2' represent here?

They did! The 1 recommended bet was the one highlighted in green which, thankfully, won.

Home v Away *should* be better but it depends how many games have been played (the more games, the more accurate). As there is always more total games played, it's often better to use this. One solution is to put both set of stats in and average them out.
